DSK Hyosung will launch two new 250-cc motorcycles in India in the first quarter of 2014. The first one is the much touted Aquila 250 which we have been hearing about since a year and then there is the all-new 250-cc street naked bike called GD250N.
The latter looks more like the KTM Duke series and it will sit between the Duke 200 and Duke 390. The GD250N could cost anywhere between 2-2.5 lakh. It features a 249-cc, liquid cooled engine and has been mated to a six speed gearbox. The Aquila 250 on the other hand also gets the same engine and has max power of 27PS. The ergonomics of the Aquila 250 are typical of a cruiser and low seat height with massive chrome inserts all around. The Aquila 250 is expected to retail at Rs. 2 lakh and above.
